FX2504 High Side Sense Current Driver

DESCRIPTION
The FX2504 is a high precision current regulator with high side current sense capability. The driver allows the laser diode to have common cathode configuration.
The current level can be programmed from 5mA to 120mA with internal drive. The FX2504 has built-in soft-start capability.
The IC provides SOT23-5 package for operations, enabling compact solution.
